The Western Civilization Seminar

The Western Civ. Seminar offers an exciting introduction to higher education. This year’s seminar will be given by John Rocha, Director of Advancement of the Western Academy. During the Spring semester, he will lead a college level discussion on Evelyn Waugh’s Brideshead Revisited.

The goal of this seminar is to prepare students in high school for their college academic career. Through this seminar students will be exposed to a higher and more stimulating level of academic discourse. This experience will help familiarize them to the college setting, increase their intellectual curiosity, and give them a better idea of what to expect when entering college.

2^nd and 4^th Tuesday evenings, from 8– 9pm (optional study and dinner 6-8pm)

Cost

$150 per semester
